Downadup worm, alias Conflicker

Il worm Downadup, chiamato anche Conflicker, ha finora infettato circa 10 milioni di computer nel mondo e alcuni esperti di sicurezza si aspettano una seconda pericolosa fase in cui il worm potrebbe infettare fino a 300 -350 milioni di computer , il 30 per cento dei sistemi windows on-line. Identificato per la prima volta nel mese di novembre, si sospetta che abbia avuto origine in Ucraina, il suo principale trucco è quello di bloccare gli utenti ad accedere a siti antivirus per ottentere gli aggiornamenti per la protezione contro di esso.
